Once we achieve a yearly profit of $10,000, we will provide a $1,000 scholarship to an underprivileged rising freshman from Hampton Roads embarking on a STEM degree. This Launchpad Scholarship is just a small way we can help light the way for a brighter future.
When we hit the yearly profit mark of $100,000, we will fund a $10,000 home renovation for a randomly selected homeowner in an underprivileged community. Our Homestead Boost initiative aims to enhance the value of a home, thus benefiting the homeowner and the community.
Reaching a yearly profit of $1,000,000 means ten homeowners on the same street in an underprivileged neighborhood will each receive a $10,000 home renovation. Our Streetwise Uplift project is designed to uplift neighborhoods, boosting the local property market and fostering community growth.
When our yearly profit climbs to $10,000,000, we will provide $10,000 home renovations for 100 homes in a randomly selected underprivileged neighborhood. Our Neighborhood Renaissance initiative aims to invigorate entire communities, raising home values and creating a positive ripple effect for all residents.
